With our performances at Behind The Wall currently suspended, Tryst Theatre have recorded a "radio play" as part of the Tryst Festival 2020.

Shells tells the poignant story of Allie, Bel and Cat, best friends who haven't seen each other for years. When they do catch up, there's no shortage of stories to tell – tales of loss, frustration, and satisfying middle-aged sex. But some tales are too dark to tell, even to your best friends.

Award-winning actors Carol Clark, Rhona McColl and Jean Kendall take the starring roles, with Brian Paterson as the suave support, in this intimate one-act radio play by Falkirk writer Howard Sargeant, first performed for the stage in 2019 as part of the inaugural Falkirk Arts Festival.

Expect laughter, a few tears, and some inventive swearing.

The radio play is available to download now.
